NEW DELHI : Demonetisation issue continued to rock the Rajya Sabha for the ninth consecutive day today, with the Opposition sticking to its demand for the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during discussion on the issue, forcing adjournment of the House during Zero Hour.
Ruckus by the Opposition led to the adjournment of the House till 1200 hrs.
As soon as the House met for the day, after laying of the papers, BSP member Mayawati demanded the presence of the Prime Minister for the discussion to start.
