JAMMU, July 3: The water supply in Old Jammu City (Jammu East) and Jammu West shall remain affected on July 4 and 5.
Executive Engineer, PHE/ Jal Shakti, Jammu City Division-I, Vijay Gupta said that due to heavy wind and thunder storm last night, the power infrastructure suffered massive damage and power supply in many Jammu areas remained snapped for long. With this, the water supply has also been badly hit. Therefore, the water supply to Jammu East and West localities shall remained suspended on Sunday and Monday, Gupta said.
