JAMMU, Dec 15: The Government has strongly denied reports that there is any proposal to bring Art 371 in J&K.
Responding to certain media reports to this effect, a Government spokesman clarified that all such reports are entirely baseless.
He pointed out that the spokesperson of the Ministry of Home Affairs MHA had already, in a late night tweet on Sunday pointed out that media reports stating that the MHA had moved a proposal to bring or implement Article 371 in Jammu and Kashmir were incorrect and baseless.
