Nirmal, Naeem to attend Sonowal’s oath today

JAMMU, May 23: Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and Education Minister Naeem Akhter will represent PDP-BJP coalition Government in oath taking ceremony of first ever BJP Government in Assam tomorrow.
BJP leader Sarbananda Sonowal will take oath as Chief Minister of Assam tomorrow in presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Official sources said Dr Singh and Akhter will fly to Guwahati tomorrow and join the swearing-in ceremony of first ever BJP Government in the North East as representatives of PDP-BJP coalition Government in J&K.
