NIA summons Salahuddin’s grandson in terror funding case

SRINAGAR: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has summoned Pakistan based Hizb-ul-Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin’s grandson in terror funding case in Jammu and Kashmir.

The summon was issued days after Salahuddin’s son Syed Shahid Yousuf was arrested by the NIA in New Delhi following his questioning for about two days. The probe agency also raided Salahuddin’s residence at Soibugh in the central Kashmir district of Budgam on Thursday.

Official sources said Salahuddin’s grandson Muzamil Khan, only son of his daughter, has been asked to produce himself at the NIA headquarters in the national capital.  (AGENCIES)
