JAMMU, Apr 12: The National Investigating Agency (NIA) today questioned PDP leader and former MLA Wachi, Aijaz Ahmad Mir at its office here in connection with his PSO deserting with seven assault rifles from his house and joining the militant ranks on September 28.
NIA had called Mir for questioning at its Trikuta Nagar office.
He was questioned by the NIA team investigating the case of SPO taking away seven rifles and joining the militant ranks when Mir was out of station.
Sources, however, said that Mir was allowed to go after questioning.
