REASI, Aug 12: An employee of NHPC died in a road accident near Salal while two persons were injured in a separate road mishap near Gota, here today.
Reports said that a Maruti car bearing registration number JK14A- 4095 plunged into deep gorge at Khadiya Morh, Salal resulting into death of NHPC employee Bahadur Singh (52), son of Suram Chand of Salal Kotli. The deceased was driving the car and he was traveling alone. He reportedly died on the spot.
In a separate road accident, a load carrier bearing registration number JK20-7219 met with an accident at Gota while coming towards Chassana. Driver and another person in the vehicle, sustained injuries and both of them were shifted to PHC Gota for first aid.
