KATHUA, Feb 22: A newly born baby was found dead in mysterious circumstances at village Hariya chack . The villagers complained to Hiranagar police over the mysterious death of newly born and the baby was buried at an isolated area in the village last evening mysteriously.
After getting a complaint from local villager Rakesh Kumar, a police team from Hiranagar Police Station reached on the spot to probe the matter. The buried child’s body was exhumed in the presence of Panchyat members, villagers and police took the dead body for postmortem. The police also questioned Asha worker of the area to know about the pregnancy of any lady and mysterious death of child.
