REASI, Feb 22: A man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at Sarote Kote Mohra, Gaber area of Reasi here, today.
The deceased was identified as Khajoor Chand, son of Swarn Dass of Ratnote, tehsil Bhomag. The body was spotted by some locals, who informed the police.
Police shifted the body to District Hospital Reasi for postmortem. After all the legal formalities and autopsy, the body was handed over to legal heirs of the deceased for last rites.
Apparent cause of death could not be immediately ascertained while a case has been registered in this connection at Police Station Reasi.
