JAMMU, Jan 28: Lashing out at Jammu and Kashmir administration for introducing new rules for people to start construction works, Lok Jan Shakti Party (LJP) chief Rafik Malik said that Union Government is making mockery of the people of J&K.

Rafiq Malik demand immediate rollback of all such anti-people laws.
