New president of ABMSS vows to complete all welfare projects soon

JAMMU, Sept 28: On being unanimously elected as president of Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shirmani Sabha, Sham Lal Langer has vowed to complete all pending project of the Sabha for welfare of needy persons of the community.
Talking to media persons here today in his maiden press conference after being elected as president of the ABMSS, Langer said that he would try his best to distribute financial aid and scholarship to needy widows, students, orphans of the community and complete all the pending projects soon.
“I will leave no stone unturned for welfare of the community and for this purpose, help of everyone would be sought so that maximum could be done for the community people, who have reposed faith in me as president of ABMSS,” he said.
Langer informed that the election officer declared his elected as new president of the Akhil Bhartiya Mahajan Shirmani Sabha on September 24 as the candidate against him had withdrawn his candidature.
“So now there will be no election meeting on October 7 and instead of this, Mahajan Conference will be held at Press Club Jammu,” Langer said and expressed his gratitude to the entire Mahajan community for supporting him as president of the ABMSS.
Some prominent persons of the Mahajan community accompanied Sham Lal Langer in the press conference.
