JAMMU, Dec 31: Need based casual labourers of Power Development Department (PDD) under the banner of J&K Central Non-Gazetted Electrical Employees Union held a protest demonstration at Elect M&RE Division-III, Rehari, in which various need based casual labourers of Jammu division participated.
