JAMMU, Jan 18: Nav Durga Kala Manch (NDKM) today celebrated its Foundation Day at its Performing Art Studio.
On the occasion, Anil Gupta, State president, Jammu Kashmir Democratic Front, was the chief guest where as Tariq Khan, Bollywood Producer was the guest of honor.
The programme began with the lightning of the lamp by Anil Gupta, followed by reading of the paper about the group by Shashi Bhushan, general secretary, NDKM. He threw lights on the journey of 13 years of the Group as it was established in 2000.
He further, added that the Manch has been doing Nukkad for almost all the Government Departments of Jammu which included Narcotics Control Bureau, J&K AIDS Control Society, WWF, National Rural Health Mission, Tourism Department etc.
The show was full of laughter with Dogri songs and western dance and almost every artist of the Manch performed on the occasion.
Anil Gupta assured full help for the welfare of culture.
The artists who were present on the occasion included Aaditya Bhanu, Dilshad Shazi, Reetu Manhas, Shallu Rajput, Atul Sharma, Praveen Kumar, Kunal Mahajan, Tarun Sudershan Vasson, Sumit Sudan, Ashish Bhat, Satish Bhat, Pooja Bhagat, Sonia Bhagat, Bhanu Priya, Sandeep Mehra, Kibu Bharat, Ashwani Sharma etc.
