MENDHAR, May 16: National Conference activists today took out protest rally against the local administration, CAPD, PHE and PDD authorities at Mendhar town.
A large number of party workers led by Youth NC leader Zeeshan Rana (Adv) assembled at the party office in the towns at around 9 AM and then started protest demonstration. Several local party leaders also addressed the gathering and criticized CAPD authorities for their failure to provide ration to the public. They also alleged acute shortage of water and power failure in many areas and long power curtailments.
The protesters alleged that due to long traffic jams in the town, public is suffering a lot. The local administration has totally failed to improve situation. There is no proper cleanliness in the town and despite several public protests nobody in the Administration bothers.
Later, they took out protest rally in the town and reached Tehsil complex where they submitted memorandum to SDM Thakur Sher Singh.
