Srinagar, Sept 21: Militants shot dead a National Conference (NC) worker at Nowhatta in Srinagar this afternoon.
Police sources said mortar cycle borne militants fired at Mohammad Latif Gupkari, an NC worker at Nowhatta this afternoon. He was removed to SKIMS hospital where he was declared brought dead.
