JAMMU, Apr 2: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief spokesperson, Sunil Sethi, while hitting out at National Conference (NC) and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) which are racing with each other in making anti national slogans and statements, said they would be rendered meaningless by the public after Assembly elections by thrashing such political ideologies which are inimical to national interests.
“People of Kashmir are fed up with regime of hate and bloodshed which has been brought by political hawks and blackmailers in Valley”, Sethi said in a statement issued here, today. They want to live in peace and have their share of good fortune with rest of country. Both NC and PDP will be reduced to single digits after Assembly elections, he added.
Sethi said “we are looking at new India under Modi regime which has shown non-tolerance to militancy, separatism and anti national activities and this new phenomenon is here to stay. Indians would no longer tolerate or nurture politicians who work against national interests and are rather watchdogs of Pakistan and its interests of dividing Indians and creating hatred and destruction on Indian soil”, he added.
He said that more than external enemies these internal enemies are dangerous who have worn the cloak of politicians and are misleading and misguiding the public particularly youth for their petty gains. He asked people of the State to truly understand and appreciate the ideologies which had brought bloodshed in the State and outside.
BJP Chief Spokesperson further noted that both these parties and their new found stooge Congress will be politically marginalized by voters for undermining nationalistic feeling of the countrymen. These political blackmailers will understand very soon that making speech of hatred and anti national or pro separatists and militants is not relevant to get votes in Kashmir. It has been understood by Kashmiris too very clearly that they have been used for political gains by their so called political leaders, he added.
Sethi said joining national mainstream is the only guarantee for sustained peace in State . Ideologies and laws which create artificial boundaries between J&K and India have to fall for larger interests of people of State.
