JAMMU, Feb 13: Shiv Sena Bala Sahib Thackeray J&K Unit here today supported Governor’s decision of rejecting National Conference and PDP’s demand for divisional status to ‘Chenab Valley’ and Pir Panjal area.
In a press conference State Shiv Sena President, Dimpy Kohli and General Secretary, Manish Sahni said these parties are not able to digest their failure to give justice to Leh region which has been executed by the Governor now.
Sahni while lambasting NC and PDP said these parties have been exposed now so they are playing divisive card by demanding divisional status for Chenab and Pir Panjal area.
He flayed Omar Abdullah over his ‘PSA revocation’ remarks and said that he had forgotten the fact that this law was introduced by the National Conference itself.
On this occasion, many youth joined Shiv Sena and Sahni announced the youth wing of the party.
Thus Vishal Kohli was appointed as Youth President while Akshit Talwar as Vice President.
Surjet Singh Chib was made State Vice President.
The new unit was welcomed by Shiv Sena Vice President, Harsh Kumar Gupta and Romesh Koul.
