NC Minority Cell demands more jobs for KP youth

JAMMU, Dec 7: National Conference (NC) Minority Cell in a meeting at Sher-e-Kashmir Bhawan here, today while discussing the problems of displaced people form Valley demanded that more jobs be given to the migrants from Kashmir under PM package.
The meeting, which was chaired by NC Minority Cell president, M K Yogi said that in view of the rising unemployment in the community the Government of India should announce more jobs for the KP youth under PM package.
The meeting also demanded enhancement of cash relief from Rs 13,000 to 25,000 per family per month in view of sky rocketing prices of essential Commodities.
It demanded adequate security measures be made round the migrant camps in Kashmir Valley and work on construction of quarters in Kashmir for migrant employees be intensified so that all the employees can get accommodation.
The meeting also demanded construction of 5000 quarters in Jammu to accommodate the migrants putting up in rented accommodations and at old ORTs at Purkhoo.
The meeting was attended by ex MLC and senior leader, B L Bhat, Anil Dhar, Bal Krishan Bhat, Ashwani Bhat, Harmohinder Singh, P L Talashi, Jatin Bhat , Chandra Ji, Daizy Bazaz, Ashok Koul, Naveen Gosani and others.
