JAMMU Mar 9: Provincial President, National Conference Jammu, Devender Singh Rana constituted a committee to shortlist the candidates in different wards for ensuing election to Jammu Municipal Corporation.
Former minister and Chairman NC SC/OBC Cell Babu Ram Pal will head the committee and its members will be senior party leaders Rattan Lal Gupta, Sheikh Bashir Ahmed, Jugal Mahajan and Dharamveer Singh Jamwal District President Jammu Urban.
The Committee has been empowered to co-opt any other person as its member, as and when required.
The panels thus drawn will be submitted to the high command for finalising the candidates.
