NAUP stages anti-Pak protest

JAMMU, May 8: National Awami United Party (NAUP) held an anti-Pakistan protest and burnt effigy of Pakistan Prime Minister, Imran Khan, for ceasefire violations on borders.
While talking to media persons, Gupta said that the continuous ceasefire violations by Pakistan forces on LoC in this pandemic situation would not be tolerated. “Pakistani army is not only targeting Indian Army but also civilian population,” he said.
Gupta urged Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh to give free hand to Indian Army for full and final attack on Pakistan. The leaders of the NAUP lodged a strong protest against Pakistan PM Imran Khan and burnt his effigy.
Others present on the occasion were Pankaj Langoo (provincial secretary) and Sapna Verma (general secretary, Mahila Morcha).
