Natrang stages Hindi play ‘Aadhi Raat Ke Baad’

JAMMU, May 16: In connection with Spring Theatre Festival organized by J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages, Natrang theatre group here today staged Hindi play ‘Aadhi Raat Ke Baad’ written by Dr. Shankar Shesh.
The play was directed by Mohd. Yaseen.
In his live address from Mauritius, Natrang Director, Balwant Thakur said: “It has been the endeavor of Natrang to introduce next generation directors and I take pride in the fact that Yaseen has directed few plays in a wonderful manner and deserves all appreciation and support from all quarters to pursue his passion in scaling new heights in the field of theatre research and direction.”
The play ‘Aadhi Raat Ke Baad’ is a captivating play where a thief attempts theft at the house of a judge and dramatically solves a murder mystery of a journalist as he is the eye witness to it.
The play was well presented and the audience also loved it.
Actors who acted in the play were Brijesh Avtar Sharma, Sushant Singh Charak and Abhinav Sharma. The light and sound was brilliantly designed and operated by Neeraj Kant and Gopi Sharma respectively. Sudhir Mahajan conducted the show whereas Kushal Bhat, Sagar Gupta and Vishal Sharma looked after the hall management.
