National Theatre Fest concludes with Dogri play ‘Chitta Singh’

REASI, Sept 7: The five-day National Theatre Festival organized by ‘Sangam Theatre Group Reasi’ in collaboration with Union Ministry of Culture concluded here today.
Babila Rakwal, Deputy Commissioner Reasi was chief guest on concluding day function while Mir Sarwar, Bollywood actor who appeared in Hindi films like Kesari, Bajrangi Bhaijaan etc was special guest along with Sudhir Choudhary and Shadab Khan.
Abdul Star, ADC Reasi and Sanjay Badyal, ACR Reasi were the guests of honour.
On last day of the festival, Samooh Theatre presented Dogri play ‘Chitta Singh’ written by Fritz Karinthy and directed by Ravinder Sharma.
Artist who acted in the play were Ravinder Sharma, Rohit Bains, Sandeep Manhas, Jhanvi Sharma, Radhika Sharma, Ajay Tamangh and Vinay Sharma while Chorographer was Rohit Bains, Make-Up was done by Shammi Dhamir, Set designed by Sandeep Manhas, Costumes by Radhika Sharma and Lights by Ravinder Sharma.
NHPC Regional Office Jammu & J&K Tourism Department also helped to make the festival successful.
The chief guest and guests of honour were presented mementos on the occasion by the members of the Sangam Theatre Group.
