JAMMU, Mar 20: The Management School, Kathua Campus, University of Jammu in collaboration with NHRD Network is organizing two-day national conference on “Business Dynamics: Contemporary Issues and Challenges” at seminar hall, Department of Computer Sciences and IT University of Jammu tomorrow.
The conference will be inaugurated by Mushtaq Ahmad, Chairman and CEO, J&K Bank Limited at 9:45 am.
Prof Ashok Ogra, Director, Apeejay School of Mass Communication, New Delhi will deliver the inaugural address, whereas on the corporate side keynote address will be delivered by P Dwarkanath, Director-Group Human Capital, MAX India, New Delhi.
Special Guests DK Bakshi, Chief Mentor and CEO, Global Talent Consultants Company Limited, Bangkok, Thailand and Kamal Singh, Director General, NHRD Network will also grace the conference.
The prominent people from the Corporate Sector namely Dhananjay Singh, Executive Director NHRDN, New Delhi, Gulshan Sharma, President, Chandigarh Chapter, NHRDN, Shakun Khanna, Executive Consultant, IBM, New Delhi, Rajiv Kapoor, Copart Inc, New Delhi, Sonali Dua, Vice-President, Deloittee US India Consulting, New Delhi and Rajan Dutta, President, Corporate HR Reliance Communications Limited are the key speakers.
Based on the theme “Business Dynamics: Contemporary Issues and Challenges”, the conference will have three Keynote panels on the sub-themes- Diversity and Cross-Cultural Management, Corporate Governance, Ethics and CSR and IPR issues and Entrepreneurship Management.
Besides keynote panels, there will be paper presentations on the basis of call for papers. All papers being presented by the Scholars and Faculty have passed through a blind review process.
On the occasion, two edited volumes based on full papers submitted for the conference are also being released, besides the conference proceedings.
