DODA, Dec 2: Police here today arrested a narcotic peddler from Thathri area and recovered intoxicant substance from his possession.
Giving details in this regard Police sources informed that Police Station Thathri learnt from reliable sources at that one Harnam Singh, son of Duni Chand, resident of village Chilly Pain, Tehsil Chilly Pingal, at present Thathri, a narcotic peddler, was possessing Charas like substance to sell among the local youth of the area.
After getting the information Police swung into action and a Police party from Police Station Thathri arrested the narcotic peddler at Tippri Morh in Thathri and recovered Charas like substance from his possession in the presence of Executive Magistrate Class 1st, Thathri.
In this connection, a case in FIR number 103/2023 was registered at Police Station Thathri under relevant sections of IPC and investigation started.
