JAMMU, July 17: BJP State president, Ravinder Raina has nominated Jamyang Tsering Namgyal (Councillor LAHDC) as new district president Leh.
Jamyang was elected as Councilor of LAHDC from Martselang Constituency in September 2015 and earlier he served as BJYM spokesperson.
The announcement was made by Raina here, today.
