RAJOURI, May 15: BJP Minority Morcha president Ranjodh Singh Nalwa today addressed a series of meetings at Nowshera, attributing decisive victory in West Bengal polls to the party’s core ideology, developmental policies and effective grassroots organization.
The win, described as a ‘paradigm shift’ and ‘strategic turning point’, was built on promising industrial growth, and raising concerns over regional security, Nalwa said and described the result as a new chapter free from fear. “Under the BJP rule, our daughters, sisters and mothers will be more secure,” he said.
He told the gatherings that the massive West Bengal poll victory was because of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s pro-people policies and nationalist approach. “People now fully understand the party’s ‘vichardhara’. This is the reason that they are now supporting BJP overwhelmingly,” he said.
“BJP does not practice the politics of discrimination and appeasement,” Nalwa added. He asked the party cadre to take the BJP’s ideology and policies to every home.
“Unlike the leaders of other parties, there is no difference between what PM Modi says what he does,” Nalwa said. He called upon the party workers not to take rest till the PM Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 was achieved. “Our motive is ‘seva, sangarsh, sushan’, and not to grab power,” Nalwa said.
He also gave the example of Kartarpur Corridor, linking Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Pakistan to the Indian border, which became a reality during the BJP-led government.
He also took pride in saying that it was PM Modi who had in January 2022 announced Veer Bal Diwas to honour the supreme sacrifices of Guru Gobind Singh’s young sons – Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Pritam.
Sukhdev Kour (ex-sarpanch & vice-president of Morcha for Nowshera), Bal Krishan and locals in large numbers attended the meetings.
