Nadda launches Kamal Mitra

JAMMU, May 19: Mahila Morcha, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir led by its president Sanjita Dogra organized a programme at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here today in which Party’s national president, JP Nadda inaugurated the “Kamal Mitra” training programme from Delhi in which only seven states were chosen for online interaction and Jammu and Kashmir was one of them.
BJP JK UT president, Ravinder Raina, general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul, and BJP National Executive Member and former Minister, Priya Sethi, along with all office bearers participated in the programme virtually from party headquarter.
While giving information about the programme, it was said that under the “Kamal Mitra” training programme, 200 women from every Lok Sabha constituency will be trained to become Mahila Mitra.
“The target of this training programme is to prepare 100000 Kamal Mitra sisters by training 200 office bearers and female workers of Mahila Morcha in each Lok Sabha constituency.”
Later, Ravinder Raina stressed that a team of enlightened women including doctors, professors, engineers, lawyers, IT professionals and research scholars, will train these female workers and prepare a group of enlightened women for the country.
Ashok Koul asked the Mahila Morcha leaders to concentrate on the women centric schemes in this programme.
Sanjita Dogra said that Kamal Mitra would be a unique training programme through which there is a plan to train their female workers on the schemes implemented by Prime Minister, Narendra Modi led Union Government.
District president, Rekha Mahajan and other district presidents of the Morcha with their teams and more than 200 women were also present during this programme.
