JAMMU, Sept 15: Bollywood Bawarchi, a multi cuisine restaurant was opened today at Sunjwan Morh, opposite Wave Mall, Jammu.
The restaurant was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh, along with his wife, Mamta Singh.
While inaugurating the restaurant, the chief minister expressed pleasure at the unique eatery which is based on the theme of Bollywood actors and movies. He wished the young entrepreneur and restaurateur, Jaskaran Singh Madaan, all the success on this refreshing initiative.
Speaking on the occasion, Jaskaran Singh Madaan, described the restaurant which promises to provide a refreshingly new experience on the culinary landscape of Jammu for the variety of cuisine on offer.
Besides, some new dishes like Dum Biryani and Nasheela Chicken among others have been included in the course to add fresh flavor for the customers. He further stated that interiors of the restaurant have been designed to create a cinema like ambience with a box office counter and the walls adorning pictures, Bollywood cinematic landmarks and celebrities.
“The emphasis is on giving the foodies of Jammu not only new and delectable dishes but also to make them relish these in a relaxed and casual setting. Other attractions of the restaurant are a lounge and karoke which will make dinning a merry experience for the people of Jammu”, he added.
