JAMMU, Oct 27: The Migrant Teachers Welfare Association (MTWA) during second phase of its interactive programme visited camp schools at Jagti township and interacted with the displaced teachers there.
The team was led by president of Association Ramesh Raina. The displaced teacher while interacting with Association office bearers expressed grave concern over the huge variations in GP F schedules issued by the Fund organization. They urged the Association to get the issue resolved by taking the matter with concerned authorities.
They also highlighted the various other issues including shortage of subject teachers in the various disciplines which has resulted into the sufferings of teachers.
Bal Ji Marhata threw light on the steps taken by Association to get the demands resolved. Ramesh Raina urged the Government to disburse the funds for the School through Relief Organization. Muno Ji Pandita, Sunil Rishi, Ramesh Padroo and Deepak Raj also attended the meeting.
