MP Ladakh calls on Amit Shah

LEH, Aug 7: In order to discuss various issues pertaining to Ladakh, Member Parliament (MP) Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgyal called on the Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi on Friday.
The MP discussed various issues of Ladakh pertaining to the constitutional safeguards, unemployment, Central Institute of Buddhist Studies (CIBS) Deemed University and other issues. He also discussed various other issues of Ladakh with the Home Minister.
MP also requested for creation of new districts, empowerment of LAHDCs by the amendment of the 1997 Act and other important matters.
