JAMMU, June 30: Member Parliament (MP) Jammu-Poonch constituency Jugal Kishore Sharma has kick-started the macadamization work of roads in Panchayat Ban-Sultan (Upper), Block Miran Sahib, RS Pura constituency.
The total cost of this whole roads macadamization project is around Rs 2.25 crores and this will cover various roads of Panchayat Ban-Sultan (Upper).
While addressing the people, MP said that the macadamization of roads will end 16 years old suffering faced by the people and will provide relief to them.
He further said that the development of J&K (UT) is the utmost priority of the Modi Government and in future every corner of UT will be fully developed.
Sarpanch Ban-Sultan (Upper) Advocate Devraj Sharma, District President RS Pura HS Pammi, District General Secretary RS Pura Akash Chopra, Municipality Chairman RS Pura Satpal Pappi, Corporators, Ex-MLA Gharu Ram Bhagat, Minority Morcha President RS Pura Santokh Singh, Minority Morcha Vice President Yashpal Singh, Mahila Morcha President RS Pura Parveen Kumari, Bazaar Association Miran Sahib President Surinder Choudhary, Chairman Bazaar Committee Miran Sahib Manohar Lal Khanna and many others were present on the occasion.
