JAMMU, July 23: A motorcyclist was injured, when the bike he was riding collided with a bus near Nomian area of tehsil Katra, district Reasi.
As per police sources, Kuldeep Singh, son of Omkar Singh of Bhagta, Tehsil Katra was seriously injured, when the motorcycle (JK20-3308), he was riding collided with a bus bearing registration number JKO2AT-4483 near Nomian area of tehsil Katra.
The profusely bleeding motorcyclist was rushed to Sub-District Hospital (SDH) Katra and was later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for advance treatment.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Katra police station and manhunt has been launched to nab the bus driver, who escaped from the spot leaving behind the vehicle.
