SRINAGAR, Aug 13: A motorcyclist has died and a pedestrian was injured in two different road accidents across the Valley.
A police spokesman said a load carrier JK22/3640 hit a motor cycle bearing chassis number MBLIA05EEA9C 14391 driven by Imtiyaz Ahmed Bhat son of Wali Mohammad of Baskochan at Malikbugh in Shopian, resulting in injuries to motorcyclist. The injured was shifted to SKIMS Soura, Srinagar where he succumbed to his injuries. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a motorcycle hit and injured a pedestrian Usman Mohammad Parray son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Zazna, Ganderbal. He was shifted to hospital for treatment. Police has registered a case in these accidents.
