JAMMU, Sept 8: Police arrested a motorcyclist along with 830 grams of cannabis.
As per police sources, on specific information, the sleuths from Kanachack Police Station and DSB laid a naka near Mishriwala and intercepted a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02CJ-4632.
During checking, police team recovered 830 grams of cannabis from the possession of the rider and arrested him.
The arrested person has been identified as Hardev Singh alias Hira, son of Mohan Singh of Floara Domana.
A case under FIR Number 145/2020 under section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Kanachack and investigation started.
Police team led by ASI Mohan Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SHO Kanachack Inspector Ravi Singh Parihar, SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SP Rural Suram Singh.
