JAMMU, June 27: SMGS police effected more recoveries from the vehicle lifter.
As per police sources, a team from SMGS police post caught a vehicle lifter identified as Kamal Preet, son of Harbans Lal of Miran Sahib, Tehsil RS Pura, few days back.
During sustained questioning, 19 two wheelers were recovered, which he had stolen from the premises of SMGS Hospital parking and other locations of Jammu city.
On his further disclosure, police recovered six more stolen motorcycles from different places.
Further questioning of the accused is going on.
Police team led by Incharge SMGS police post Mohammad Rashid made the arrest and recovered the stolen vehicles under the supervision of SHO City police station Inspector Suresh Goutam, SDPO City Vivek Shekhar Sharma and SP City Dr Vinod Kumar.
