Combing operations against extremists demanded

JAMMU, Apr 10: More organisations have condemned the terrorist attack on RSS leader, Chanderkant in Kishtwar yesterday in which he along with his PSO attained martyrdom. These organisations demanded immediate arrest of the terrorists responsible for this heinous act as well as the attack on Parihar brothers who too attained martyrdom in November last.
To protest against the attack on RSS activist and his PSO who attained martyrdom yesterday, Bajrang Dal (BD) held a strong demonstration against Pakistan and also torched the effigy of terrorism in village Rajpura in Ghagwal tehsil of Samba district today. The protest was held under the leadership of Vikas Sharma district president BD. The protestors raised slogans against Pakistan and demanded immediate arrest of terrorists.
The workers of Dogra Front & Shiv Sena under the leadership of its president, Ashok Gupta took out a protest rally in Jammu city against the killing of RSS leader, Chanderkant Sharma who was attacked by veiled militants.
A stretch of attacks on the RSS leaders in Kishtwar which has led to the killings of Chanderkant Sharma, Anil Parihar & Ajit Parihar by the militants is highly condemnable and cowardly, said Dogra Front -Shiv Sena chief, Ashok Gupta in a statement here, today.
He said the killings of the RSS leader in Kishtwar is an attempt to create communal disharmony among Hindus and Muslims by the Pakistan. The administration has been an utter failure as the killers of the Parihar brothers who were gunned down last November have still not been bought to justice, he added.
Indian Democratic and Human Rights Organisation (IDHRO) an NGO has also strongly condemned the attack on RSS leader and his PSO by terrorists and has demanded immediate overhauling of district administration.
The NGO which held a meeting under the leadership of Sarita Parihar at Udhampur said this is the third killing after the martyrdom of Parihar brothers in November last. The meeting alleged that there are some elements in administration and society who are hell bent to revive the dying terrorism in Kishtwar and they needed to be brought to book.
Shiv Sena Balasahib Thackray has also strongly condemned the attack on RSS leader and his PSO. Talking to media persons here, today Dimpy Kohli president of Sena and its general secretary, Manish Shani termed it a total failure of State administration. The repeated terrorist attacks show that all is not well in the State, they added and demanded immediate arrest of the terrorists.
Ram Singh Chauhan and Kuldeep Kumar Rao active members of Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice in a joint statement have expressed profound shock and grief over the increasing terrorist attacks and killing of RSS leader and his PSO in Kishtwar town yesterday. They termed the increasing terrorist attacks in the district as failure of district administration.
Morning Walkers Association, Gandhi Nagar has also strongly condemned the terrorist attack ion RSS leader and his PSO yesterday.
I C Jandial retired Chief Engineer and organiser of the Association has expressed his strong protest against the terrorist activities in Kishtwar town. He said the November attack on Parihar brothers and yesterday one reveals that how under a conspiracy terrorists and their supporters are hell bent to isolate key leaders of Jammu region to polarize the communities especially during election season.
State Unit president of Janata Dal Secular, Mastnath Yogi has also condemned the killing of Chanderkant and his security guard by terrorists. He said the administration has failed to contain the terrorism in Kishtwar and arrest the assailants of Parihar brothers who attained martyrdom in such an attack in November last.
All State Kashmiri Pandit Conference (ASKPC) president, Advocate Ravinder Raina and its general secretary, T K Bhat have also strongly condemned the attack on RSS leader and his PSO in Kishtwar yesterday and demanded immediate arrest of terrorists responsible for the attack of Chanderkant, his PSO as well as Parihar brothers. They demanded Government should launch a combing operation in the area to flush out terrorists.
National secretary, BJP Kissan Morcha and incharge J&K, Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal has also strongly condemned the terrorist attack on RSS leader and demanded that the terrorists responsible for attack on RSS leader be hanged in broad day light and terrorism should be wiped out from the State completely.
