JAMMU, Aug 19: Residents of Daily Excelsior lane today constituted a mohalla welfare committee to discuss the issues related to flash floods that occurred in the area every year during rainy season and take up the same with concerned authorities.
The adhoc committee was constituted during a meeting of the residents held today. The committee comprised of Lal Chand Sharma (chairman), Jeevan Kohli (president), retired Tehsildar Ramesh Chander (vice-president), Angrez Singh (secretary), Advocate Sanjeev Kohli (general secretary), Janak Singh (cashier), Gopi Singh (technical advisor), Jagdish Raina (senior advisor), Gopal Singh (publicity secretary) and Monga (organizer).
