JAMMU, July 5: Er Wasim Kohli, BJP ST Cell Vice President and Prabhari ST Cell Rajouri said that nine-years under Prime Minister Narendra Modi have steered India towards unprecedented development.
Acknowledging the significant developments and initiatives undertaken in Jammu and Kashmir under the leadership of PM Modi and Lt Governor Manoj Sinha, Wasim Kohli said that the provision of land to landless individuals under the PMAY scheme marks a historic milestone in the quest for inclusive development.
“This transformative initiative has not only addressed the housing needs of the marginalized but has also empowered them to take ownership of their lives. By providing access to land, the Government has opened doors for the beneficiaries to build their own homes, create assets and secure a brighter future. This decision will highly benefit the people of Jammu and Kashmir, especially the downtrodden people from Gujjar and Bakerwal communities,” he added and appealed the Government to continue its efforts in fostering sustainable development, pace and harmony in the region.
