POONCH, May 24: Congratulating Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP-led NDA party for massive victory in Lok Sabha elections , former Deputy Chairman Legislative Council and Ex-MLA Mendhar, Javed Rana hoped that “the PM Modi will take notice of the actual mandate of people of nation and not hoax in the name of negative politics”.
“The people of nation have shown faith in the party once again, the party is more accountable to keep moral of people very high”, Rana said while addressing a public meeting in Mendhar today.
He expressed that there is no doubt that BJP has emerged as a victorious party solely due to his strong and dynamic leadership but there is a need of hour that he should guide other party members and its associated cronies not to destabilize the secular fabrics of the country.
“For the last 5 years, the nation has been under a lot of turmoil, unrest and mayhem which has surfaced in the form of various challenges like unemployment, populism, political discourse, farmer crisis and women safety issues etc”, Rana added.
“I am very happy to find that NC has bagged all the three seats in Kashmir. This is the testimony that the people of the State have lot of faith in NC”, Rana maintained.
Recalling the claims of PDP president Mehbooba Mufti amid Lok Sabha elections, Rana said that “the present electoral results have clarified that people have renounced the party and its imprudent manifesto. He appealed the people to keep their faith alive in NC and cast their vote meticulously in the coming assembly elections.
“Government should be more focused on core issues of the State like militancy, unemployment, development & peace rather than wasting time by fiddling with issues like Article370 & Article 35A”, Rana insisted.
“There is a strong need to open a new window of sustainable dialogue with our neighbouring country Pakistan, so that people on both sides can live without any fear,” Rana added.
