Modi shares an emotional bond with J&K: Vibodh

RAJOURI, Aug 23: Appreciating, the Hindu-Muslim unity, senior BJP leader and MLC Vibodh Gupta today said that there is no parallel example of patriotism in the history of the world as shown by the people of the twin border district of Rajouri-Poonch. He said this while addressing people during the inauguration of approach road with culvert from main road to Shamshangath, Hartal.
During his address, Vibodh said that the State has undergone revolutionary changes. He termed “the abrogation of Article 35 A and 370 as a stepping stone in the process of nation-building and new J&K.” He said that the residents of J&K are thankful to PM, Narendra Modi for fulfilling their long-standing dream. Gupta further said that PM Modi shares emotional bonding with the people of J&K and is determined to establish peace and prosperity. Modi was the first to reach out to Kashmiris when they were facing ravaging floods in 2014, he added.
Gupta said that the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A will bring immense benefits to the people of J&K. This includes progressive, impartial laws and provisions related to the right to education, Right to Information, political reservation to vulnerable Gujjar Tribe and other facilities and justice to women abolishing gender discrimination. He said,” over 50,000 Panches and Sarpanches will be now empowered and funds will be directly released by Central Government to the Panchayats.”.
He further said that people of Rajouri-Poonch have promised their firm support to PM, Narendra Modi and HM, Amit Shah for ensuring the full success of revolutionary changes in Jammu and Kashmir.
The local people complimented MP, Jugal Kishore and former MLC, Vibodh and said that no successive Government paid heed to their long-pending demand which is finally fulfilled by BJP Government.
Other who accompanied Vibodh were Sarpanch Abdul Rehman,Ashok Kumar, Kamal Kumar, Amar Singh, Rakesh Kumar, Sehdev Singh Chib, Naresh Kumar, Susheel Jamwal, Baldev Singh, Raja Ram, Nitish Chib and Rajit Jamwal.
