MLA inspects ongoing works in Ramnagar

JAMMU, Nov 1: Chairman of the National Panthers Party (NPP) and MLA Ramnagar, Harshdev Singh inspected many ongoing works in the constituency and directed officials concerned to complete the schemes in time.
During his two-day visit to the constituency, the MLA took stock of developmental works at Prey, Sulan, Badhal, Kela and other villages and asked officers to take early action in respect of new works identified by the inhabitants of the said villages. He was accompanied by the officers of the R&B (PWD), PMGSY, PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control, Education, EM&RE, Rural Development besides others.
While addressing public at some places, the MLA reiterated his resolve to continue his efforts for development of hitherto neglected areas and to ensure basic amenities to all villages of his constituency. He said that the Ramnagar constituency as a whole had made tremendous strides in the field of development and was being nurtured as model constituency in the State. Throwing open the newly constructed Sulan- Kela PMGSY road to the public, the MLA observed that the said road would link the remotest villages of the area with the town of Ramnagar thus, fulfilling the long pending demand of the public.
The MLA assured the public for the up-gradation of Primary School Santhal, Pry School Dhara, Pry School Saloon, P S Naisal, P S Chigli Sattian and Pry School Thara Chod to the level of Middle Schools. He announced the construction of four water tanks at these villages and instructed the PHE staff to repair the damaged infrastructure on the department in this area. He further announced one electric transformer for village Prey and tractor roads to link various hamlets to villages Prey, Sulan and Kela.
