MLA inaugurates two roads in Kathua

KATHUA, Dec 25: Aimed to enhance connectivity in the area of his constituency, MLA Dr Bharat Bhushan today dedicated two newly macadamized roads to the public.
The MLA first inaugurated a road extending from opposite of BSNL office to Ram Leela ground in Patel Nagar Kathua. This road has been macadamized at an estimated cost of Rs 13.5 lakhs.
Later, he inaugurated another macadamized road in Ward No. 2 extending from Nagri Road to Rainbow Public School. This road has been macadamized at an estimated cost of Rs 3 lakhs.
This stretch of road was in very bad shape since last over 20 years.
People of the area thanked the MLA for fulfilling their long pending demand.
Among others who were present during the events included Indu Rekha, Kapil Sharma, Dr Shiv Kumar, Satish Sharma, Bhanu Partap , Geeta Parihar, Ravinder Sharma, Rajni Kant Sharma, Prem Nath Dogra, Rahul Sharma, Anil Sharma and residents of Patel Nagar.
