REASI, May 16: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Reasi Ajay Nanda today inaugurated Sub-Health Centres at Panchayat Kalsote and Panchayat Lalli of Bhamag, Reasi.
Addressing a public gathering at Kaslote, Nanda said establishment of Sub-Health Centers at these places was the long pending demand of the people of the area, which the Government fulfilled on priority.
Nanda said that the up-gradation of basic amenities especially in hilly and far-off areas was the priority of the Government. The Government is implementing various welfare as well as development activities in the field of health with an intention to provide free treatment to the poor, downtrodden and middle class, Nanda added.
MLA further added that he was committed for over all development of his constituency with special emphasis on health care, road connectivity, education and will leave no stone unturned to convert Reasi into a model constituency.
He sought cooperation of the people in his endeavor for development and asked them to contribute their bit and behave like responsible citizens.
Later, Nanda took a detailed stock of people problems and developmental needs during his visit to Bhamag area. He listened peoples demands and assured them that all their genuine developmental needs would be fulfilled in time bound manner.
