JAMMU, Aug 19: All Jammu and Kashmir Mahasha Sadar Sabha (MSS) Jammu condemned the murderous attack with stones on MLA Samba Dr Devinder Manyal and President of BJP State Morcha.

Addressing a press conference, Dr ML Rao, President of the Sabha termed the attack on MLA a well planned conspiracy. Stone pelting on MLA during cremation of one of the accident victim was political vendetta, he added.
Dr Rao stated that during protest by the irate mob at Dhiani, there were no party workers of district Samba barring couple of BJP workers.
“On the request of residents of Dhiani–the native village of MLA, I along with members of the Sabha and GND Trust namely Vijay Mangotra, Senior Vice President, BD Naryal, Koushal Kumar and Shammi Naryal intensified the protest by burning the tyres and blocked the Jammu-Pathankote National Highway. The highway was reopened on the assurance by SSP Samba that the culprits will be arrested soon”, Dr Rao informed.
Dr Rao said that through reliable sources, it has come to know that two people have been arrested so far and demanded that the absconding attackers should be arrested without any delay, failing which the Sabha will resume its protest at Dhiani.
