KISHTWAR, Mar 6: Body of a missing man has been recovered near Margan Top area of the district, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Altaf Hussain Wani, son of Ghulam Mohammad of Warwan Basmina.
The man went missing after struck into snow while crossing Margan Top area last week while on his way back to Basmina from Srinagar.
After completing legal and medical formalities, the body has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Warwan Police has taken cognizance in this regard, said SSP Kishtwar Shakti Pathak.
