JAMMU, June 27: A missing person was reunited with his family members by Jammu and Kashmir Police in Bishnah town here today.
A police spokesperson said that on June 22, 2023, one Kishore Lal son of Bharam Raj of Village Deoli, Tehsil Bishnah, lodged a written complaint stating therein that his brother, Rakesh Kumar, went missing from his home.
Subsequently a missing report was lodged at Police Station Bishnah and investigation taken up, said the police spokesperson.
Later, he said, police conducted investigation and traced the missing person with the help of technical and human intelligence and handed him over to his family members after completing the legal formalities.
The entire operation was conducted under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Nikhil Gogna assisted by SHO Bishnah Inspector Vikram Sharma under the overall guidance of SSP Jammu, Chandan Kohli.
