JAMMU, Mar 20: An unidentified miscreant snatched the ear-rings of a woman in Galwade Chack area, falling under the jurisdiction of police post Gajansoo.
As per police sources, a lady identified as Sunita Kumari, wife of Ashwani Kumar, a resident of Galwade Chack had gone for morning walk, when an unidentified person traveling in a red colour Maruti car snatched her ear-rings.
The woman raised hue and cry, but the accused managed to escape from the spot.
A case under Section 382 RPC has been registered at Gajansoo police post and manhunt has been launched to nab the accused.
However, no arrest was made till last reports were compiled.
