JAMMU, July 5: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Law and Order in Jammu and Kashmir, Abdul Gani Mir, has been posted as Inspector General of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on Central deputation initially for a period of five years.
An order to this effect was issued today by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
Mir is 1994 batch IPS officer of AGMUT cadre.
