POONCH, Feb 2: Deputy Chairman J&K Legislative Council, Jahangir Hussain Mir has stressed upon the concerned authorities to maintain proper check to ensure punctuality of staff in Government Schools.
In a meeting attended by DEPO, Makhan Lal, ZEO Poonch, Ghulam Hussain and HoD DIET, Manmohan Singh, the Deputy Chairman while emphasizing on keeping strict check on absenteeism in schools in far-flung areas in the district, asked the authorities to constitute special teams for different zones for this purpose.
Meanwhile, the Deputy Chairman has announced 50 desks each for Middle School Kama Khan and Middle School Bela Janyar in Nangali Zone out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF). Mir also instructed the DEPO and ZEO Poonch for taking up necessary repair of Middle School Kama Khan.
