Mir appointed IC, 4 KAS officers shifted

SRINAGAR, Oct 12: Former Commissioner/ Secretary, Revenue Mohammad Ashraf Mir was today appointed as the State Information Commissioner.
Governor, N N Vohra appointed Mir as the State Information Commissioner.
Mir’s appointment will take effect from the date he assumes charge of the post.
Meanwhile, the Government today ordered transfer and postings of four KAS officers.
Pradeep Kumar, Secretary, J&K State Information Commission, was transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department.
Ashok Kumar Pandita, Programme Officer, ICDS Project Ramban has been transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K State Information Commission.
Gurvinderjit Singh, Additional Deputy Commissoner, Ramban will hold the additional charge of the post of Programme Officer ICDS Project, Ramban, till further orders.
Deepika Kumar Sharma, Deputy Commissioner, Comm-ercial Taxes (Audit), Jammu was transferred and posted as Managing Director, JAKFED, against an available vacancy.
Rajneesh Gupta, Assistant Commissioner in the Commercial Taxes Department, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commiss-ioner, Commercial Taxes (Audit), Jammu, vice Deepika Kumari Sharma.
